As an upcoming brand, we've encountered challenges with the premade method, leading to significant inventory losses. To clarify, we are not scammers. Our typical shipping timeframe is 3-5 weeks. and if there is an instance to where it pushes out of that time frame it WILL be addressed. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

WHY PREORDER?
Preorders are essential for sustaining our brand, allowing us to have continuous cashflow so we can provide a better experience for you all around . At Dysid Supremacy, we are currently in the process of transitioning to premade products by the end of 2025. This improvement is only possible with your continued support. Thank you all!
WHY SO LONG TO GET MY ORDER?
Due to us running preorders, and us wanting to be accurate on every order that we receive doing pre orders is the most convenient way to go about it. We also take a lot of pride in the quality of our garments so production isn't rushed unless there is an emergency.
WHAT DOES PREORDER MEAN?
Preorder means that your order is not yet made or premade. This system helps our company manage resources effectively, and over time, we will transition to fully premade products. Thank you for your wonderful support.
Typically, preorders take 14–25 business days to produce, followed by an additional 5–7 business days to ship to our HQ in Dallas, Texas. Once received, your order is packaged and shipped via USPS which takes around (1–5 business days). The total estimated wait time is approximately 3–5 weeks.
WHAT DOES "ORDER SHIPPED" MEAN
This means we have printed your shipping label and tracking number, but the package has not yet been dropped off at USPS. Please allow 1-3 days for the package to be handed over to USPS after the label is printed.
