Dysid Supremacy Shipping Policy

We want to be transparent about how your order moves from us to you. Please review the details below, as they apply to every order placed on dysidsupremacy.com.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Processing begins once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Ready to Ship Items

Ready to Ship items are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Order Items

Select pieces are released as pre-orders to ensure quality production and limited-run availability. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.

  • Production time: approximately 30–40 business days from the date of order
  • Shipping time after production: approximately 7–12 business days
  • Estimated total delivery window: approximately 37–52 business days from order date

We send periodic updates throughout the pre-order process so you're never left wondering about your order's status. A tracking number will be issued as soon as your item ships.

Domestic Shipping Times

Once shipped, standard delivery within the U.S. takes approximately 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the buyer. Dysid Supremacy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been shipped, unless shipping protection was purchased at checkout.

If your package is missing or shows no movement for an extended period, please contact USPS (or your local carrier) directly to file a claim or locate your package. If you purchased shipping protection, contact us at info@dysidsupremacy.com and we will assist based on the details of your situation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. Dysid Supremacy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Delivery Timing & Events

While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, shipping times are not guaranteed and can be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, and customs processing. Orders will not be refunded or canceled because they did not arrive by a specific date, event, or occasion. We recommend ordering in advance, especially for pre-order items, to account for potential delays.
